Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the packing slip provided in your digital return authorization.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid UPS return shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized UPS location.
Receive Your Refund
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 7-10 business days.
