Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can also view your order history and status by logging into your account on our website.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must have all original tags attached and be accompanied by the receipt or packing slip.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, J.McLaughlin ships to addresses within the United States and select U.S. territories. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Can I return an online purchase to a local boutique?
Yes, online orders can be returned to any J.McLaughlin retail boutique. Please ensure you bring your original packing slip or order confirmation email to facilitate the process.
